Great for kids, but overall not good value for money due to cleanliness and service issues Liked: A great place for families with kids. The water rides and activities provide plenty of entertainment for children. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. Disliked: Room cleanliness needs significant improvement. There was also a frequent shortage of pool towels. Elevator management was particularly poor, and on several occasions we had to wait 10–15 minutes for an elevator. Considering the price of the stay, the overall service and facilities did not meet our expectations.
